I'm SO sorry I haven't been replying to comments on journals...dA doesn't notify me when people comment anymore! Well, they do on some groups and not on others? It's quite a pain, I'm sorry! I'll try and remember to check more often But to be safe, if you have an important question, it'd be epic if you could send me a note or comment on my profile, that way I'll be sure not to miss it!

Masquerade
It's time for your favorite couple to get creative and make themselves a couple of costumes for the Pairing Love Masquerade Ball! What sort of outfits would your couple wear? Would they take the chance to dress up really fancy? Super colorful? Would they take advantage of the idea of costumes and dress up like another couple they're fans of like a cosplay? I guess we'll find out!


Rules:
Your piece must contain a couple!!
Writing is allowed! I know we're not all the same kind of artist, so we'll accept written entries!
Your entry must be created for this contest. So no adding old artwork! You can use an existing idea, but the artwork/written entry must be new as of February 17th, 2012.
When you submit your work, submit it to the Contest Entries Folder of the Gallery. I'm not going to go through every submission to see if it's an entry, so put it in the right place if you want to participate!
When you post your piece, please be sure to link to this group and to the contest journal page. To link to the group, use either :dev pairinglove: without the space, or :icon pairinglove: without the space. To link to the journal, simply copy/paste the link into the description and deviantArt automatically makes it that fancy [link] button for you.
You are allowed as many entries as you like, but only one of them will make it into the top three. You can't get both first and second place for example!
Please be sure all entries fit into the group rules, and please keep it decently rated.
Be creative! Copying someone else's ideas won't get you far in the contest, so have fun!!

Deadline
The Contest will end March 31st, 2012. This is PLENTY of time people! I will not be extending the deadline for this contest, unless people come to me at least a week before the deadline and ask for one. If I get a flood of notes begging for more time on the 30th, I'm not going to give it.
